Payment
Net payment STRICTLY within 7 days but is preferred upon completion of booking. A tax invoice will be issued for your records.
Cancellation/postponement
Please be aware that if a booking is cancelled or postponed with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will be charged. We understand life is ever-changing and rescheduling is never a problem but we do appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible.
Confidentiality
SORTED! offer a written confidentiality agreement for your peace of mind. Your home, office and personal details are private and we promise to keep it that way.
